So I went up the chain of management to finally reach the hotel Director Fred! Every manager I spoke with was very nasty very rude and when I asked to see the pics of my damage that I was being accused of I was told NO!!!.Thats not our policy. I was floored and shocked NEVER EVER in my many years of travel had I ever been accused of such claims. I call the hotel and got a hold of the manger on duty she tells me that I was charged for damages to the room. Two days later I happen to check my CC to see if the hold of $50 fell out only to discover I had a $100 charge. I said thank you and was out and off to work. She also told me she would make a note to put me on the executive level next time I come. She was pleasant and apologetics, she gave me the managers card 'Shannon'. Finally I go down stairs the next day to check out I expressed my issue to the guess attendant.
Just a lil back story, the night before I left I didn't get any sleep I was awaken by a loud party next door ALLLLLL NIGHT!!!! I called down stairs several times nothing ever was done so I got up to pack. I travel weekly for work, I stay in 5 star hotels the best of the best.
